Camp Love 04
We wanna thank God that everything went well and
more than well for the youth camp! 
The theme for the camp was CAMP
LOVE 04 with Matt 22:37-39 as our theme verse. “Love the Lord your God
with all your heart, soul and mind. This is the first and greatest
commandment. And the second is like it, Love your neighbour as
yourself.”
I think most of the campers can memorise the verse now coz part of the
station games “Daniel & the Lion’s Den” was to make sure you didn’t
get caught by a “lion”(whose name ironically was Daniel) while you are
reciting the verse from memory. haha, what a great way to “encourage”
memory verses! It was fun!
I think the youths really enjoyed the 2 days with the games, bbq, great
times of worship and meeting with the Lord, strengthening with the
word.
Praise the Lord for a good number of the primary sixes that joined and
as well as new friends who are new to the Lord n new to church.
Btw, June n I slept in the office. It’s actually quite fun but back breaking. Wonder if i’m getting too old for this!
Thank you for your love and your prayers. The Lord is good and His love
endures forever. We just wanna testify that THE JOY OF THE LORD IS
REALLY OUR STRENGTH. Praise the Lord!
