Parties & all
We had a really eventful Saturday. We didn’t have anything on our calendar originally. Then we got invited to a birthday party which we said yes to without realising that we had a wedding to go at about the same time! We didn’t get the invite till we got to the wedding.
BUT we had great fun.
Kieran, the birthday boy turned 3. He had this amazing volcano cake with Star Wars figurines. How cool is that! Check out the photo. You gotta see it in the dark. I saw Alex, my overgrown friend, waiting around to chase the kids away so he could have the figurines.
Later on, we went to George and Dawn’s wedding at The Arts House. This is the first wedding that I’ve been to that all the guests stood while the couple sat. We’re really happy for them coz they’re a really special couple with great plans from God. Had a great time catching up with old friends.
Sophie was really intrigued by the Dawn’s wreath. Dawn had to let her touch it twice. She’s still checking it out in the photo.
Sophie met another Sophie (Josh who is coincidently Ming Li’s bro & Michelle’s 2 month old girl). Sophie 2 looks a bit like Sophie 1 when she’s crying. So cute to see both the daddies at work.
