Sorry we were missing for a while.
It’s rare that I’m not blogging every other day. Reason? Sophie got well and my in laws looked after her 3 days out of 5 last week while we went about running errands and having meetings. I had a feel of what it’s like to be a full time working mum. I can’t do it, serious. I had to call her to talk to her and she wanted to talk to me before she napped. Both James and I were watching a movie and we were like, eh we really miss Sophie. Yep, I cannot be a full time working mum. I didn’t get a chance to put her to bed at least 3 times last week and I REALLY missed her.
So we were kinda glad my parents were busy on Sun coz that’s normally the day they spend time with Sophie. So we had Sophie all to ourselves on the weekend.
But all that said, I’m still very glad we have help when we need it and Sophie is very happy to be with either pair of grandparents. What a joy and blessing.
