Week 41!
Baby's still in the oven!
I'm almost a week overdue, really praying that the little one will be born today but the contractions stopped this morning. The midwife in town has said that if baby's still not here by tomorrow, we'll need to be referred to Waikato Hospital which is an hour away and they'll probably recommend for baby to be induced. I'm not keen to do that so pls keep us in prayer!
Meanwhile, I'm coping alright and we had a great weekend with a baby shower and a trip to the beach Tauranga on Sunday. See more weekend photos on Flickr.

Umm maybe jump up and down on tne trampoline, eat a hot curry, walk…heehee, I know the waiting time is always the longest. But the good thing is you have been having contractions, which means the body is already starting the labour, but just not close enough yet. With my last 2, I had contractions on and off for a week, sometimes intense to the point I think baby was to be born. But I believe the contractions are good, and as long as you re keeping close touch with the midwife then that is good. And both times, by the time I got to the hospital I was already 6-7cm dilated, which makes the labour speedy! I will be thinking and praying for you.

Would appreciate ur prayers for upcoming mission trip next week (East Asia) if possible. Quite a bit of warfare. Many thanks!
